The staff at this lodge were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their warm hospitality throughout our stay. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes to choose from. We especially enjoyed the local cuisine, which gave us a taste of the region's flavors.

It only worked in the main lodge and not in the rooms. This was particularly inconvenient for us as we had a teenager with us who relies heavily on internet access.

Stayed at a heritage property on my recent vacation in Zambia, and it was an incredible experience. the frontline staff were friendly, attentive, and highly efficient. the best part was the stunning and airy public areas which offered gorgeous views of the surrounding bush. the hotel provided drinks, both soft and alcoholic, which were included in the fully inclusive policy. Laundry was also included in the package, which was a boon.

The food was not the strongest point of this hotel. Though the portions were generous, they lacked imagination and were not cooked well.

The Sanctuary Chichele Presidential Lodge is located on a hill in the South Luangwa National Park, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding wildlife. Guests are delighted by the romantic sundowner set up on a hill, where they can enjoy the stunning sunset while overlooking the park. the lodge offers informative walking safaris, allowing guests to explore the park and learn about the local flora and fauna.

Some guests have mentioned that the decor of the lodge is somewhat dated, but the spacious and comfortable rooms more than make up for it.
